THC simple syrup is one of the simplest edible creations to make with cannabis. You can add this to regular drinks, or make mixed drinks and cocktails with this mixture to elevate any beverage you would like!
What You’ll Need:
- saucepan
-cheese cloth or strainer
- heat safe bowl
- bottle or container for storage
Ingredients:
3.5-7 g of cannabis of your choice
2 cups of granulated sugar
2 cups of water
2 tbsp of food grade vegetable glycerin (available at your local health food store)

- In your saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil on low heat and add 2 cups of Frequently stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.
- Once dissolved, add your cannabis, bring up to a gentle boil for 15 minutes.
- Lower the heat and add your vegetable glycerin. This will help your syrup thicken and also give a hint of sweetness to the syrup. Allow this gently boil again for another 6-7 minutes, stirring regularly. Your syrup should be thickened at this point. If your solution seems a bit watery, continue to boil until thickened. Then, remove saucepan from the heat and allow your syrup to cool
- Once your syrup is cooled, place your cheesecloth in a bowl and pour syrup and cannabis mixture in and strain the cannabis bits from the syrup.
